This Privacy Policy explains how CloudHub ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the Marketplace mobile application (the "App"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

We collect the following categories of information when you use the App:

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, and business/vendor details when you register or sign in (including via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or Facebook Login).
• Profile and store information: business name, address, logo, product images, and related listing details.
• Content you upload: photos, video, and audio submitted via the camera, microphone, or photo library (e.g., product images and media).
• Communications: messages, support requests, or feedback you send to us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Location data: precise or approximate location (GPS), used for features such as store/delivery address mapping and geocoding.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and in-app activity, collected via Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance Monitoring.
• Push notification tokens: used to deliver order updates and alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Identifiers: device and diagnostic identifiers used for analytics and crash reporting. We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes (see Section 2.4).

2.3 Permissions the App may request

Notifications	Deliver order, account, and service alerts.

2.4 App Tracking Transparency & Advertising (Apple App Store)

The App does not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes, as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The App does not display an ATT tracking-permission prompt because no such tracking occurs. Analytics and crash data described above (e.g., via Firebase) are used solely for first-party purposes: operating, securing, and improving the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your vendor account and store listings.
• To operate core marketplace features (orders, listings, delivery/pickup location, notifications).
• To authenticate you via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or Facebook Login, where used.
• To monitor, diagnose, and improve app performance and stability (crash reporting, performance monitoring).
• To analyze usage trends and improve our Services (analytics).
• To communicate with you, including service updates, order notifications, and support responses.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Cloud Messaging), Google Maps/Geocoding, Google Sign-In, Apple (Sign in with Apple), and Meta (Facebook Login), subject to their own privacy policies.
• Other users where necessary to fulfill marketplace functions (e.g., a customer viewing vendor store details relevant to an order).
• Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CloudHub, our users, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and correction: You may review and update your account information within the App.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at It@cloudhubpro.com.
• Location and camera permissions: You can enable or disable these at any time via your device settings.
• Push notifications: You can opt out via your device notification settings.
• Marketing communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g., UK GDPR, EU GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at It@cloudhubpro.com or +44 7475 675255. We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information (e.g., transaction records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes).

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United Kingdom and countries where our service providers (such as Google Firebase and Apple) operate infrastructure. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers where required by law.

The App integrates third-party SDKs and services, including Google Firebase, Google Maps, Google Sign-In, Apple (Sign in with Apple), and Meta (Facebook Login). These providers may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies:

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
